What we like

The caveats
- Price varies meaningfully by tier and product — semaglutide alone has two published rates (new vs. returning patient) whose totals don't cleanly reduce to one monthly number
- Tirzepatide is billed quarterly with a first-month teaser rate ($149) against a $249/mo standing charge — budget for the standing rate, not the number in the hero
- State restrictions vary by treatment and are broader than the customer-facing pages disclose — the affiliate program's own listing excludes several more states (AL, AR, CA, ID, IA, KY, LA, MA, MI, NC, SC, TX depending on the product) than the marketing pages mention
