About Luna Metabolic

GLP-1 care that accounts for women's bodies — PCOS, perimenopause, and beyond.

Most GLP-1 comparison sites treat every body the same. Women don't experience metabolic health that way. PCOS and insulin resistance, the perimenopause transition, thyroid and cycle effects, contraception, and the need for labs and clinical oversight all change what a good provider actually looks like. Luna Metabolic exists to review GLP-1 telehealth through that lens.

We score every provider out of 100 on the Luna Fit Score — six weighted factors led by PCOS and hormonal suitability. We apply the same rubric to every provider — assume any provider we list may compensate us — and a commission never buys a higher score. It can also affect list order and promotional emphasis, which we disclose. Read exactly how we're funded in our disclosure.

Edited by The Luna Editorial Team, our women's metabolic health desk. An independent editorial desk that reviews GLP-1 telehealth through a women's-health lens — PCOS and hormonal suitability, clinical oversight and labs, transparent pricing, nationwide access, ongoing support, and fair cancellation.

The working rules behind that — how a claim gets sourced, when we re-verify a price, how a correction is handled — are written down in our editorial policy, and the output of them is public: a ranking of every provider we cover and a full set of individual provider reviews you can read the reasoning in.

Luna Metabolic is informational only and not a medical provider. Nothing here is medical advice — see our medical disclaimer.

We read what our readers send, and we would genuinely like to hear from you — a correction, a provider we should look at, a question about how we're funded, or a privacy request. The best way to reach the editorial desk is by email at care@lunametabolic.com. Please remember that we can talk about our research but cannot give you medical advice — that conversation belongs with your own clinician.
