Head-to-head for women
HealthSource vs Sprout Health
HealthSource and Sprout Health both offer GLP-1 telehealth to women, but they make different trade-offs on PCOS and hormonal suitability, clinical oversight, price and access. Here they are side-by-side on the Luna Fit Score — our women's-health rubric.

Luna Fit
Best for: Patients who want a low compounded entry price but the option of brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound on the same account, with minimal onboarding.
Visit Sprout HealthThe verdict for women
Sprout Health edges out HealthSource on the Luna Fit Score, 84 to 74 (B vs C). Patients who want a low compounded entry price but the option of brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound on the same account, with minimal onboarding. The reasoning behind that number is in our Sprout Health write-up for women.
HealthSource is still a genuine option — one of the few programs that documents its all-50-state footprint rather than asserting it, with an oral tirzepatide route and a starter-dose plan priced the same as the full dose. Weigh the six women's-health factors below against your own priorities; what we found reviewing HealthSource goes through each of them, and if neither of these two is the one, what women pick instead of HealthSource widens the field.

Luna Fit
HealthSource
Ranked #49 · Grade C
What we like
- The only provider in this batch whose all-50-state claim is documented on its own service-areas page rather than asserted in marketing copy
- An oral tirzepatide programme alongside the injections
- Starter-dose and full-dose plans cost the same, so titrating up does not raise the bill
The caveats
- Billed every four weeks, not monthly — thirteen charges a year, so the effective annual cost is about 8% above the sticker
- Never actually claims flat pricing across all doses; the variants it sells happen to cost the same
- The form of the oral tirzepatide — sublingual, troche or swallowed tablet — is not disclosed anywhere
Luna Fit
Sprout Health
Ranked #10 · Grade B
What we like
- LegitScript-certified with a listed address and contact line
- Both compounded ($149 semaglutide / $199 tirzepatide) and a genuine brand-name Wegovy/Zepbound route
- Low-friction intake — no labs and often no telehealth visit required
The caveats
- Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved
- No oral or sublingual route — injectable only
- Thin transparency — no named medical director, and state availability is quiz-gated
