The caveats
- Superseded pricing is still live on the same pages as the current pricing — $169, $249 and an old promo code all still render, and one of the savings figures does not match its own arithmetic

- Tirzepatide is billed quarterly with a first-month teaser rate ($149) against a $249/mo standing charge — budget for the standing rate, not the number in the hero
- State restrictions vary by treatment and are broader than the customer-facing pages disclose — the affiliate program's own listing excludes several more states (AL, AR, CA, ID, IA, KY, LA, MA, MI, NC, SC, TX depending on the product) than the marketing pages mention
