The caveats

• –Superseded pricing is still live on the same pages as the current pricing — $169, $249 and an old promo code all still render, and one of the savings figures does not match its own arithmetic
• –Does not claim nationwide coverage: 'availability may vary by state', with no state list published anywhere
• –Charged at order placement, before a provider has reviewed anything
