Head-to-head for women
Strut Health vs WellMedr
Strut Health and WellMedr both offer GLP-1 telehealth to women, but they make different trade-offs on PCOS and hormonal suitability, clinical oversight, price and access. Here they are side-by-side on the Luna Fit Score — our women's-health rubric.

Ranked #58 for women · Grade C
Luna Fit
Best for: Women who want a low-dose or needle-free way into a GLP-1 and will trade price certainty for that menu — and who will read the billing policy before the second charge lands, because the renewal cycle is not the month the pricing page implies.
Visit WellMedrThe verdict for women
Strut Health edges out WellMedr on the Luna Fit Score, 83 to 67 (B vs C). Women who want a needle-free option, or who want to see every route and price side by side before committing to one. The reasoning behind that number is in our full Strut Health review.
WellMedr is still a genuine option — a genuinely broad low-dose menu — eight microdose formulations, four of them oral, on top of both injectable molecules and a priced brand path — wrapped around a price you cannot pin down: the $59 and $99 headlines are conditional, and the rate you would actually be charged month to month appears nowhere before the medical intake. Weigh the six women's-health factors below against your own priorities; our WellMedr write-up for women goes through each of them, and if neither of these two is the one, the alternatives to WellMedr we rank for women widens the field.

Luna Fit
Strut Health
Ranked #10 · Grade B
What we like
- Sublingual lozenges for both molecules — a real option if injections are the thing stopping you, and rare in this ranking
- Every route prices publicly: semaglutide from $99 sublingual or $149 injectable, tirzepatide from $199 either way
- Cancel, pause or delay a subscription yourself, with 48 hours' notice before processing
The caveats
- Compounded medication is not FDA-approved the way brand Ozempic, Wegovy, or Zepbound are
- No brand-name path at all
- Asynchronous by design — their FAQ notes some states do not require a phone consultation, so you may never speak to the prescriber
Luna Fit
WellMedr
Ranked #58 · Grade C
What we like
- A real low-dose line rather than a smaller pour of the standard plan: eight microdose formulations, four oral and four injectable, built on tirzepatide or semaglutide with NAD+, B12, inositol, methionine, L-carnitine or magnesium depending on the SKU — the needle-free half of that matters if injections are the thing that has kept you from starting
- Both molecules plus an FDA-approved brand path priced on the same page — Ozempic from $1,399/mo and Zepbound from $1,599/mo, both month-to-month — so a woman whose clinician wants brand rather than compounded can see the cash cost without opening another tab
- Tirzepatide is priced the same at every dose: "Same price regardless of dosage" is printed on that plan card, so titrating up to a dose that works does not raise the bill — the question a woman starting low should be asking, and one most of this ranking leaves unanswered
The caveats
- The headline is not a rate you can hold. The semaglutide card is titled "Monthly Plan", reads "Starting At $59 a month" and is subtitled "Best for flexibility" — while the banner across the top of the same page reads "Lock In $200 OFF Every Month, or $59/mo on 12/month Plans — For Life". Nothing on the page reconciles the two, and there is no term selector to check
- No standing month-to-month price is published for either compounded molecule, anywhere. Both plan buttons hand you to intake.wellmedr.com, an intake app that serves no price in its own HTML, so the figure you would actually be charged does not exist on the public site — you meet it after the medical intake
- A "month" here is not a month, and the site gives two different answers about which one it is: the plan cards say medication is "shipped every 4 weeks", which is thirteen shipments a year, while the refund and cancellation policy says the subscription "will automatically renew every 21 days", which is more than seventeen. Either way you are billed more often than the monthly label implies
