Head-to-head for women

Alloy vs Measured

Alloy and Measured both offer GLP-1 telehealth to women, but they make different trade-offs on PCOS and hormonal suitability, clinical oversight, price and access. Here they are side-by-side on the Luna Fit Score — our women's-health rubric.

The verdict for women

Higher Luna Fit Score: Alloy

Alloy edges out Measured on the Luna Fit Score, 82 to 77 (B− vs C). Women in perimenopause or menopause who want the clinician managing their weight to be the same one who understands their hormones — and who can absorb a membership fee on top of the drug price. The reasoning behind that number is in what we found reviewing Alloy.

Measured is still a genuine option — the clearest pricing structure in the ranking — compounded plans are all-in and month-to-month, brand plans say plainly that the drug is billed separately — paired with a dietitian and an insurance team, for the quarter of the country it actually covers. Weigh the six women's-health factors below against your own priorities; the Measured scorecard goes through each of them, and if neither of these two is the one, the Measured alternatives, scored on the same six factors widens the field.

Alloy

Ranked #43 · Grade B−

What we like

  • Prescribers hold the Menopause Society Certified Practitioner credential — the only ranking entry where that is true of named clinicians
  • The widest formulary here: compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide, plus brand Wegovy, Zepbound and the Wegovy and Foundayo pills
  • Oral routes are FDA-approved brand pills, not a compounded workaround, for women who will not inject

The caveats

  • The $99/mo membership is charged on top of every medication price, so the headline figure is not what you pay
  • Every price is quoted 'starting at' with no published dose table — the rate can move as you titrate
  • Compounded medication is unavailable in six states and DC, and the overall coverage footprint is not published anywhere on the site

Measured

Ranked #59 · Grade C

What we like

  • Compounded prices are genuinely all-in and month-to-month — no prepay tier exists, and the membership is inside the price rather than beside it
  • Every product card states whether medication is included or billed separately, which removes the single most common pricing ambush in this category
  • Brand Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic and Mounjaro are all available, with an insurance concierge that handles prior authorization

The caveats

  • Only 26 states — by far the most restricted footprint in this ranking
  • FDA warning letter MARCS-CMS 721454, dated 20 February 2026, to Better Health Labs, Inc. dba Measured, over product labeling and marketing language. The cited wording has since been removed and replaced with a correct compounded-medication disclosure, which is more than several others in this ranking have done
  • The LegitScript badge carries no certificate ID, so the certification cannot be independently checked
