The caveats
- The headline omits the mandatory $199 annual membership; it appears only in a card panel, a small disclaimer and the FAQ
- Membership fees are non-refundable with no partial-period refund, so "cancel anytime" stops the next renewal and returns nothing
- The Terms reserve an unpriced technology fee on every electronic prescription while the homepage promises no hidden costs
