The verdict for women

Higher Luna Fit Score: HealthRX

HealthRX edges out Embody on the Luna Fit Score, 85 to 81 (B vs B−). Women who want a LegitScript-certified, physician-supervised program with both molecules, an oral-tablet route as well as injections, and transparent flat pricing with no insurance to navigate. The reasoning behind that number is in the HealthRX scorecard.

Embody is still a genuine option — the cheapest month-to-month price on the board by a wide margin, from a program that names all four of its compounding pharmacies — with the catch that the price is a running promotion against a list rate nearly four times higher. Weigh the six women's-health factors below against your own priorities; the Embody scorecard goes through each of them, and if neither of these two is the one, the Embody alternatives, scored on the same six factors widens the field.

Embody

Ranked #45 · Grade B−

What we like

  • $79/mo semaglutide and $129/mo tirzepatide with no commitment — the lowest month-to-month figures on this board
  • Names all four partner pharmacies (RedRock, Health Warehouse, Precision Compounding and Triad Rx) rather than referring vaguely to 'a licensed pharmacy'
  • LegitScript certified

The caveats

  • The price is a named promotion against a $299 list rate, and Embody was quoting $69 on a separate landing page at the same time — treat it as a rate that can move
  • Not available in Louisiana, and the main site does not state coverage at all
  • Copy says 'flat at every dose' in one place and 'starting at $79' in another, with no published dose table to settle it

HealthRX

Ranked #5 · Grade B

What we like

  • LegitScript-certified (a meaningful third-party trust signal) with physician-supervised care, not a prescription-only handoff
  • Both molecules plus a rare oral GLP-1 tablet — real optionality for the needle-averse and for insulin-resistant PCOS
  • Transparent, no-insurance flat pricing — injectable GLP-1 around $189/mo, oral tablet around $239/mo, GLP+GIP around $349/mo

The caveats

  • Compounded medication is not FDA-approved the way brand Ozempic, Wegovy, or Zepbound are
  • Some tiers are company-stated and the public site is thin, so a few figures can't be verified live
  • Brand-name tiers are pass-through and expensive — brand Ozempic runs about $1,299/mo
