Head-to-head for women
He & She MD vs HumeCare+
He & She MD and HumeCare+ both offer GLP-1 telehealth to women, but they make different trade-offs on PCOS and hormonal suitability, clinical oversight, price and access. Here they are side-by-side on the Luna Fit Score — our women's-health rubric.

Ranked #50 for women · Grade C
Luna Fit
Best for: Women who care more about how much of the loss is muscle than about the headline rate, and who will accept an assessment before seeing a number.
Visit HumeCare+The verdict for women
He & She MD edges out HumeCare+ on the Luna Fit Score, 80 to 73 (B− vs C). Women who want the GLP-1 and the hormone conversation handled by one clinician rather than split across two providers, and who will read the asterisk before choosing a plan length. The reasoning behind that number is in the He & She MD scorecard.
HumeCare+ is still a genuine option — the only desk here that titrates against lean mass rather than scale weight — a weekly body scan is included — and the only one that will not tell you a price before you finish its assessment. Weigh the six women's-health factors below against your own priorities; the HumeCare+ scorecard goes through each of them, and if neither of these two is the one, the full field we rank against HumeCare+ widens the field.

Luna Fit
He & She MD
Ranked #25 · Grade B−
What we like
- Sells estradiol (patch, gel and pill) and progesterone alongside its GLP-1s, so the menopause and metabolic sides run through one intake
- Prices four commitment terms per GLP-1 molecule in public, with the amount actually charged printed beside each
- Names the dispensing pharmacy in full — F&F Pharmacies Inc, doing business as Jungle Jim's Pharmacy, 5484 Dixie Highway, Fairfield OH 45014, with a phone number
The caveats
- ⚠ The menopause line is the one place it stops publishing terms: estradiol patch, gel and pill and the progesterone pill all show "Starting at $125/month" with no term table at all, while seven other product pages carry a full four-rung ladder
- ⚠ Every advertised GLP-1 figure is the twelve-month rung — the "$99/month" on the banners requires $1,188 paid once, and the rate you can stop after a month is $199
- Its FAQ says the pharmacy it names is licensed in 44 states and cannot dispense sterile compounds; a weekly GLP-1 injection is a sterile compound, and a second pharmacy is named in the same answer without saying which fills what
Luna Fit
HumeCare+
Ranked #50 · Grade C
What we like
- Titrates against fat and lean mass measured weekly at home rather than against the scale — the one thing this category almost never does
- Includes a body-composition device with the program at no separate charge
- Builds glycine, B12 and B6 into the protocol for muscle preservation and side effects, rather than selling them as an upsell
The caveats
- ⚠ Publishes no price anywhere on its marketing site — the figures above are reachable only by completing the assessment
- ⚠ "From $199" is the semaglutide rung, not the program: tirzepatide is $299, and it is sold without appearing on the marketing site at all
- ⚠ $199 is a floor rather than a rate — a non-refundable fee is charged at enrollment and again at every refill, and the site does not print it
