The caveats
- The advertised '$99/mo' is a $299 prepaid ten-week protocol divided by three months — the real cost is closer to $128 per 30 days
- No month-to-month option exists at all; the prepaid protocol is the only way to buy
- The pricing page does not list semaglutide, tirzepatide or retatrutide anywhere — the GLP-1s sit on separate pages it does not link to

- The headline "$69/month" is the twelve-month prepay rung, not the recurring rate
- No brand-name Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro — compounded injectable only
