- The headline "$69/month" is the twelve-month prepay rung, not the recurring rate
- No brand-name Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro — compounded injectable only
- Disputes go to binding JAMS arbitration under Delaware law with a class-action waiver unless you opt out within 30 days
- Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved
