PepHaūs edges out MyFastRx on the Luna Fit Score, 85 to 68 (B vs C). Women who want a LegitScript-accredited, all-50-states provider with clear pricing on both molecules. The reasoning behind that number is in the PepHaūs scorecard.
MyFastRx is still a genuine option — the best-documented exit terms we found — it publishes a worked example of how a canceled prepay is recalculated — attached to a site that still has last season's prices live on the same pages as this season's. Weigh the six women's-health factors below against your own priorities; the MyFastRx scorecard goes through each of them, and if neither of these two is the one, the full field we rank against MyFastRx widens the field.

Luna Fit
MyFastRx
Ranked #75 · Grade C
What we like
- Publishes a worked refund example: pay $948 for twelve months, cancel after six, and the six received are recharged at the six-month rate for a $414 refund
- No cancellation fee on any plan, and the unfulfilled portion of a prepay can be canceled
- 'Same price, any dose' is stated explicitly, with no dosage upcharge as you titrate
The caveats
- Superseded pricing is still live on the same pages as the current pricing — $169, $249 and an old promo code all still render, and one of the savings figures does not match its own arithmetic
- Does not claim nationwide coverage: 'availability may vary by state', with no state list published anywhere
- Charged at order placement, before a provider has reviewed anything
Luna Fit
PepHaūs
Ranked #31 · Grade B
What we like
- LegitScript-accredited and available nationwide
- Both semaglutide and tirzepatide disclosed at fair mid-market pricing
- Tirzepatide included for insulin-resistant PCOS
The caveats
- No oral route or brand-name access
- General metabolic focus, not hormone-specialized
