Head-to-head for women

System Labs vs MadeMed

System Labs and MadeMed both offer GLP-1 telehealth to women, but they make different trade-offs on PCOS and hormonal suitability, clinical oversight, price and access. Here they are side-by-side on the Luna Fit Score — our women's-health rubric.

System Labs

Ranked #18 for women · Grade B−

Best for: Women who want one predictable monthly cost that does not climb as they titrate, and who are comfortable with a single compounded GLP-1/GIP injection rather than a choice of named molecules.

The verdict for women

Higher Luna Fit Score: MadeMed

MadeMed edges out System Labs on the Luna Fit Score, 84 to 81 (B vs B−). Women who expect to titrate and want to know today what month six costs, and who want an oral route available without switching provider.

System Labs is still a genuine option — a flat $179 a month at every dose, with the ongoing rate stated in writing rather than buried under an intro price — and you can cancel from your own dashboard, which is more than most of this board will commit to. Weigh the six women's-health factors below against your own priorities.

System Labs

Ranked #18 · Grade B−

What we like

  • One flat price at every dose — the plan is sold as a "Monthly Supply (All doses)", so titrating up does not quietly raise the bill
  • The ongoing rate is stated, not implied: their own FAQ says the subscription is billed at a flat $179/mo with no hidden fees
  • Pause or cancel yourself from the dashboard at any time — no phone call, no retention queue

The caveats

  • Compounded medication is not FDA-approved, and the site says so plainly in its own FDA disclosure
  • The molecule is never named — it is sold only as "compounded GLP-1/GIP", so you cannot compare it against a semaglutide or tirzepatide price anywhere else on this board
  • The headline price is a first-month teaser: $99 for month one against a $179 standing rate, so budget for $179 rather than the number in the hero

MadeMed

Ranked #7 · Grade B

What we like

  • One price at every dose, published dose by dose — semaglutide $239/mo from 0.25mg to 2.4mg, tirzepatide $399/mo from 2.5mg to 15mg
  • LegitScript verified, with board-certified physician review and US compounding pharmacies
  • Oral semaglutide and oral tirzepatide are both offered alongside the injections

The caveats

  • Compounded medication is not FDA-approved the way brand Ozempic, Wegovy, or Zepbound are
  • 40 states rather than nationwide — check yours before you start
  • Tirzepatide is among the pricier entries on this board at $399/mo quarterly
