He & She MD review: hormones, unpriced

He & She MD (heandshemd.com) sells compounded GLP-1s, hormone therapy, testosterone, NAD+, hair-loss and ED treatments from one intake. Two of those lines are priced in opposite ways on the same website, and if you are here for the hormone side that difference is the whole story.

The GLP-1 line publishes everything

Its weight-loss plan page prices four commitment terms per molecule and puts the amount actually charged beside each one. Compounded semaglutide is **$199 a month billed monthly**, $149/mo as $447 every three months, $139/mo as $834 every six, and $99/mo as **$1,188 charged once for the year**. Compounded tirzepatide runs the same shape: **$299 month to month**, down to $159/mo as $1,908 up front.

That is better disclosure than most sellers manage. Note which rung the marketing repeats, though: every banner on the site says "from just $99/month", and reaching $99 means paying for a year in advance. The gap between the advertised number and the one you pay monthly is **two-fold**.

⚠ One trap worth naming because it has already caught a publisher: **$139 and $99 are semaglutide rates, not tirzepatide.** The site's own footnotes mark one promotion "only applies to Tirzepatide" and the other "only applies to Semaglutide". If you are pricing tirzepatide, your month-to-month number is $299.

The hormone line publishes nothing

**Estradiol patch, estradiol gel, estradiol pill and progesterone pill each have their own page, and not one of them carries a price.** Neither does the testosterone line. The only figure anywhere on the longevity or hormone side of this site is for injectable NAD+, advertised as "$199/month from just $99/month" — and even there, what the $99 requires is never stated. No term, no charged total, no cancellation terms.

The reason that is worth writing down rather than shrugging at: **the same company demonstrably knows how to publish a term ladder.** It does it two clicks away. The menopause line simply does not get one.

We are not going to reason across and tell you what an estradiol plan probably costs here. Ask before you pay.

What it does well

**It names the pharmacy.** F&F Pharmacies Inc, doing business as **Jungle Jim's Pharmacy, 5484 Dixie Highway, Fairfield, OH 45014**, with a phone number, on its own FAQ. Name, address and number is a disclosure you can act on, and most of the desks screened alongside it stop at "a licensed US pharmacy".

**Hormone medications ship nationwide.** Only the GLP-1 line carries a restriction — every US state except Louisiana — and the site states it plainly. Nothing ships to a PO Box on any line.

**The consult and prescription are included**, no insurance needed, and you are **only charged if a clinician prescribes**.

Two qualifiers on that pharmacy. Jungle Jim's is a facility other storefronts also name, so it tells you who dispenses rather than anything exclusive to this brand. And **no compounding classification is stated for it** — 503A and 503B appear nowhere.

What to weigh against it

**The site makes two different claims about who regulates its pharmacies.** A disclaimer says medication is "produced in USP-compliant, state-regulated pharmacies but not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality". A block on the homepage says something different again: "FDA-regulated pharmacies". Both are live on the site you land on.

Credit where it is due on the clinical side: **Wasef Health, PC c/o Michael Wasef MD** is named as the provider group and **Dr. Ozita Cooper, MD** as chief medical officer. What no page names is the company taking the payment, and the address it does give is a **PO Box** — on a site that will not ship to one.

**The states answer and the pharmacy answer do not agree.** The pharmacy is licensed in **44 states** — California, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, West Virginia and Delaware excluded — and the FAQ states it **cannot dispense sterile compounds**. Injectables are sterile compounds. A second pharmacy, **GoGoMeds**, is named in the same answer with no split described, so the fifty-state claim rests on an arrangement the site never sets out.

Where it lands

For the GLP-1 side, this is a well-disclosed ladder with a headline that flatters it; plan against $199 and $299. For the menopause side, there is nothing published to plan against at all, and a named pharmacy is not a substitute for a price. Weigh it with the questions worth asking any hormone provider and the rest of the research library.
