Vyvron Review: Thirteen Charges a Year, Not Twelve

Vyvron (vyvron.com) is a new operator selling three programs — weight loss, microdosing and longevity — through a client-rendered app whose pricing lives entirely in its own scripts. We read those scripts in August 2026 as part of a batch of seven telehealth sellers screened together. Two of the findings are arithmetic rather than opinion, and both change what the program costs a reader who stays on it.

It is not a monthly plan

Vyvron's own fine print reads $199 per four weeks, billed every four weeks, auto-renewing until you cancel. Elsewhere the same app renders that as "from $199/mo" and "starting at $199/mo". A four-week cycle produces thirteen charges in a year, not twelve. At the $199 rung, the year costs $2,587 rather than the $2,388 that "/mo" implies — roughly one extra month of medication you did not budget for.

This is the kind of error that only shows up if you are still on treatment a year later, which is exactly the reader this site is written for. Insulin resistance is a chronic metabolic state, not a twelve-week project, and the cost that matters is the cost of the twelfth month rather than the first. Auren Rx discloses a similar 28-to-30-day cycle in plain words; Vyvron discloses the four-week cadence in one place and contradicts it with "/mo" in several others.

There is no monthly tirzepatide plan

The Start tier — $199 per four weeks — is semaglutide only, and it is the only recurring rung Vyvron sells. Tirzepatide appears in two places, and neither is a monthly plan. Transform displays "$285/mo" and is $790 billed once for twelve weeks. Premium displays "$248/mo" and is $2,981 billed once for a full year.

We file no monthly tirzepatide figure for Vyvron, because none exists. The cheapest way into tirzepatide here is $790 up front. That matters clinically as well as financially: tirzepatide adds a second gut-hormone pathway alongside GLP-1 and produced the largest average reductions in the obesity trials¹, which is why readers with insulin-resistant weight ask about it — and at Vyvron the answer is a three-month commitment before you know whether you tolerate it.

The "$285/mo" is also worth a second look on its own terms. It divides $790 across roughly 2.77 calendar months. Divide the same $790 across three four-week cycles instead and it is $263. Two different definitions of "per month" are in use inside a single pricing table.

Where the site disagrees with itself

The homepage program cards and the program pages do not match. The homepage shows microdosing at $179 and longevity at $145; the program pages show $149 and $189 per four weeks. The $179 is the post-founding list price displayed as though it were the current one, and the $145 is the cheapest single longevity item rather than the longevity program rate. We take the program pages as governing, because that is where the enrollment button and the billing disclosure live.

Founding rates are $199 per four weeks for weight loss against a $249 list, $149 for microdosing against $179, and $189 for longevity against $229. The banner counting founding places — one hundred of one hundred still available — is a hardcoded constant with a full-width progress bar. It will never move.

Priced individually, the longevity line is injectable NAD+ at $229 a month, injectable sermorelin at $229, and injectable B12-MIC at $145.

The strongest thing here, and the thinnest

The clinical layer is OpenLoop Health, Inc. and its affiliated professional entities — a real, substantial telehealth infrastructure company, and the most reassuring fact about Vyvron by some distance.

Its state disclosure is also unusually good, and deserves saying so plainly: all 50 states and the District of Columbia, with a video visit required in Arkansas, DC, Delaware, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island and West Virginia, and compounded GLP-1 explicitly unavailable in Mississippi, where only branded product is offered. Most operators in this batch publish a number or nothing; Vyvron publishes the exceptions. Against that: no pharmacy is named, no prescriber is named, and no NPI is published, so nothing about the individual clinician can be checked. The legal entity is registered at a Sheridan, Wyoming address that is among the most heavily used registered-agent mail drops in the country. And the testimonial section ships placeholders, stating that patient stories will appear once founding members have given written consent — an honest thing to publish, and an unambiguous statement that this company has no track record yet.

Money in, money back

You are charged when you complete the intake, before a provider reviews it. A full refund is available only if you cancel within 72 hours with nothing rendered, or if a provider medically disqualifies you. Canceling a recurring plan requires 72 hours' notice before the next billing date, and a prepaid Transform or Premium plan refunds only the months whose medication has not shipped. Read together with the four-week cadence, that is a shorter leash than the "/mo" framing suggests.

The FDA screen

We queried the FDA's live warning-letter index in August 2026 for the brand and for its clinical partner. Nothing matched in the company column.² As with every provider in this batch the pass carried a positive control — an unrelated telehealth seller with a real 2026 letter — which returned correctly, so the zero is evidence of a clean record rather than a query that silently failed.

Where it lands

On semaglutide, Vyvron's Start tier is a fair recurring price with a real clinical partner behind it, provided you write "13 charges a year" next to it. On tirzepatide there is nothing month-to-month to evaluate.
