Rehydra+ Wellness Review: Six Months, No Way Out

Rehydra+ Wellness (rehydraplus.com) sells GLP-1 medication, peptides and testosterone out of a WooCommerce storefront in San Antonio, Texas. We read its full catalog from its own store data in August 2026, as part of a batch of seven telehealth sellers screened together. One term on that site outweighs everything else on it, and it is the term this site cares about most.

Every membership is a six-month contract you cannot leave

Two independent surfaces — the memberships page and every individual product page — state that each GLP-1 membership is valid for six months and non-cancelable.¹ There is no month-to-month membership rung. So the advertised monthly figures are not prices; they are installments on a commitment you have already made in full at checkout.

Semaglutide Tier 1 advertises $119 a month and commits you to $714. Tier 2 advertises $169 and commits you to $1,014. Tier 3 advertises $229 and commits you to $1,374. Tirzepatide Tier 1 advertises $169 and commits you to $1,014; Tier 2 advertises $289 and commits you to $1,734; Tier 3 advertises $419 and commits you to $2,514.¹ We file no monthly figure for Rehydra+, because there is no month whose treatment you can buy and then stop.

That is why this review leads with the term rather than the price. People come off these medications for reasons nobody can predict at checkout — side effects that do not settle, a pregnancy plan, a change in insurance, a dose that stops being tolerable — and the decision to stop should belong to you and a clinician rather than to a contract signed before your first injection. A six-month non-cancelable term is the single most consequential clause in this batch. It is at least disclosed rather than buried, which is the only reason a reader can act on it.

The one thing you can buy and stop

The only cancel-anytime purchase here is a one-time supply pack. Semaglutide four-week packs run $149 at 0.25 mg, $179 at 0.5 mg, $199 at 1.0 mg, $269 at 1.7 mg and $289 at 2.5 mg; eight-week packs run $269 to $499 and twelve-week packs $399 to $749. Tirzepatide four-week packs run $219 at 2.5 mg, $249 at 5 mg, $319 at 7.5 mg, $449 at 10 mg, $629 at 12.5 mg and $649 at 15 mg; eight-week packs run $379 to $939 and twelve-week packs $569 to $1,419, with no twelve-week option at 10 mg or 12.5 mg.¹

Read the "duration" on those packs as supply length, not as a billing cadence. A four-week pack is four weeks of medication bought once, which is closer to month-to-month than the membership is — but note what the ladder does as you climb. Semaglutide roughly doubles between the starting dose and 2.5 mg, and tirzepatide nearly triples between 2.5 mg and 15 mg. The rest of the shelf

Peptides are sold as ordinary cart items: BPC-157 at $320 to $499, a BPC-157 and TB-500 stack at $380 to $559, KPV at $320 to $499, sermorelin at $250 to $449, tesamorelin at $399 to $899, GHK-Cu at $220 to $329, MOTS-c at $399, a Glow blend at $299 and a Klow blend at $399, NAD+ at $279 to $619, and Lipo-Plus at $149 to $219. Testosterone therapy is $399 for ten weeks.¹

Two things about that list are worth stating plainly. Oral BPC-157, oral KPV and oral tesamorelin are all sold as routes, and oral bioavailability for these compounds is not established — you are buying a delivery format whose absorption has not been demonstrated. And testosterone is a controlled hormone sold here through a shopping cart like a skincare product. Who is behind it, and what cannot be checked

Three clinicians are named — a medical director and two further prescribers — which is better disclosure than several operators in this batch manage. No NPI is published for any of them, so none can be verified against the national registry. The dispensing pharmacy is never named; the site refers only to "our pharmacy partner". The legal entity is given as RealHealth Ventures PLLS, doing business as Rehydra+ Wellness, in San Antonio, Texas — spelled that way on the site, and recorded here as written.

The site claims to serve 20 states and never names them. The only list of states anywhere on it is a checkout dropdown containing all 50, which is a shipping form rather than a statement of where clinicians are licensed. It also claims a pharmacy certification in prose, but the badge is a self-hosted image in the site's own uploads folder that links to a keyword search rather than to a certificate, and carries no seal identifier. We record that as unverified. It is not evidence that the claim is false — it is the absence of the thing that would make it checkable, which is a different finding and should not be reported as the first.

Paying, and not getting your money back

Rehydra+ is a shop, so you pay for the product at checkout before a provider reviews you, and the published refund policy does not clearly address what happens if you are not approved. There are no returns or refunds on prescription or compounded medication once shipped. Financing is offered through a buy-now-pay-later provider, with a 2.99% processing fee on card down payments disclosed only on the payment-plan page.

The FDA screen

We queried the FDA's live warning-letter index in August 2026 for the brand and for its legal entity. Nothing matched in the company column.² The pass carried a positive control — an unrelated telehealth seller with a real 2026 letter — which returned correctly, so this is a clean record rather than a failed query. Rehydra+'s problems are contractual and evidentiary, not regulatory, and it would be unfair to imply otherwise.

Where it lands

If you want a program you can leave, this is not one — and the four-week supply packs are the only part of the catalog that behaves the way a first course of treatment should. Everything else here asks you to commit six months of money to a molecule you have not taken yet, dispensed by a pharmacy that is not named, in a state list that is not published.
