  • Public pricing displays multiple amounts for the same medication; a dependable ongoing price requires a selected-plan quote.
  • The pharmacy is assigned according to location and dose; prescriptions remain subject to clinical approval.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically and most fees are nonrefundable once services begin.

Fridays may appeal to someone who wants weight medication and continuing support in one program. Its packages bring coaching and clinical access into the same purchase, which can make comparison easier than combining unrelated services. The price presentation currently makes that comparison harder: several different figures appear together on its public pricing page.

This editorial review evaluates published information. It is not a patient account. The most useful decision is whether the actual plan offered to you has understandable costs, suitable follow-up and workable cancellation terms.

What kind of care does Fridays provide?

The FAQ describes clinician-reviewed weight management with GLP-1 prescriptions, lifestyle support and individualized dosing. It offers approved medicines and compounded options, with prescribing left to the clinician. Its current FAQ describes the service as cash-pay. The assessment alone does not establish a clinician-patient relationship. 1

If ongoing support is your reason for choosing a bundle, ask how you will use it. A group session, a dietitian appointment and a clinical message about side effects serve different purposes. Find out which are included in your selected plan, how appointments are booked and who answers medication questions between visits. A list of services is more useful when you can translate it into a realistic week of care.

Bring your current prescriptions and previous treatment history to the initial discussion. If you are transferring care, ask what documentation the clinician needs before continuing an existing dose. Paying for a package should follow a clear understanding of what happens if the proposed medication is unsuitable.

Why we are not quoting one monthly price

The pricing page labels its signature offer as medication, coaching and care with membership included. However, the page text contains both $99 and $150 monthly starting figures for semaglutide, and $198 and $240 for tirzepatide, alongside annual-plan figures of $279 and $389. These cannot safely be reduced to a single current rate for every applicant. 2

Request a quote that names the medication, weekly dose, supply duration, amount due immediately and renewal amount. Ask whether a promotion requires an annual commitment or payment in advance, whether later doses cost more and whether the same terms apply after a transfer or treatment interruption. A monthly equivalent is useful for comparison only when the payment schedule and total commitment are equally clear.

Do not budget from the smallest figure alone. Compare the amount you would actually spend over the first three months, then ask what continuing at your likely prescribed dose would cost. If a representative resolves the conflicting amounts, save that answer with the order confirmation. Our GLP-1 cost guide explains how to compare that total with a separately billed service.

Pharmacy assignment and geographic limits

Fridays' official help article says compounded treatment is available across the U.S. except Louisiana. It also says the dispensing pharmacy is predetermined by dose and location rather than freely selected by the patient. Its terms identify partner pharmacies including Red Rock, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx. That roster does not establish which will fill your particular order. 3 4

Ask for the pharmacy name before accepting a prescription, especially if you have a formulation preference or prior difficulty with a particular ingredient. Confirm where the medicine will ship, what happens if you travel and whether changing your address changes the available formulation. A general service-area statement should never substitute for confirmation of your specific prescription and destination.

Compounded does not mean FDA-approved

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved products. The FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. Ask why a compounded preparation is appropriate for your medical needs and what approved alternatives are available. 5

Our brand-name versus compounded guide helps frame that conversation. Also request clear written instructions showing the prescribed amount in milligrams and the corresponding syringe measurement. If a refill changes concentration, ask the clinician or pharmacist to explain the new directions before using it.

Renewal and refund terms deserve attention

Subscriptions renew automatically. The terms require cancellation at least 72 hours before the next billing date, through support or the account process where available. Most fees are nonrefundable; medical disqualification before services begin has a refund provision. Dispensed or shipped medication is generally not refundable, and damaged or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 24 hours. Late appointment changes can carry a separate fee. 4

Set a reminder earlier than the cancellation deadline and retain the confirmation. If you are choosing a longer plan, ask how stopping treatment affects the remaining financial commitment. Canceling an appointment, declining a refill and ending recurring billing are different requests; make your intention explicit.

Who should put Fridays on a shortlist?

Fridays is worth comparing when bundled coaching and clinical access matter enough to justify a continuing subscription. It needs more scrutiny if your first priority is a clearly published, predictable medication price or selecting the dispensing pharmacy yourself. The unresolved pricing presentation is a reason to obtain a written offer before paying.

Compare that offer with our program comparison, using the same medication category, supply period and expected support. Choose on the care you will use and the terms you can sustain, with a plan for follow-up and refills if you later transfer elsewhere.
