Head-to-head for women

Alinwell vs He & She MD

Alinwell and He & She MD both offer GLP-1 telehealth to women, but they make different trade-offs on PCOS and hormonal suitability, clinical oversight, price and access. Here they are side-by-side on the Luna Fit Score — our women's-health rubric.

Alinwell

Ranked #65 for women · Grade C

Best for: Women who want a woman-facing program with both molecules, a microdose tier and a needle-free route — and who will read the checkout closely enough to budget against $249, not $149.

The verdict for women

Higher Luna Fit Score: He & She MD

He & She MD edges out Alinwell on the Luna Fit Score, 80 to 71 (B− vs C). Women who want the GLP-1 and the hormone conversation handled by one clinician rather than split across two providers, and who will read the asterisk before choosing a plan length. The reasoning behind that number is in the He & She MD scorecard.

Alinwell is still a genuine option — a GLP-1 program that markets itself to women and prices itself to new arrivals: the $149 every page advertises is a first-month rate, and the standing $249 shows up nowhere until the checkout at the end of a thirty-screen intake. Weigh the six women's-health factors below against your own priorities; the Alinwell scorecard goes through each of them, and if neither of these two is the one, the alternatives to Alinwell we rank for women widens the field.

Alinwell

Ranked #65 · Grade C

What we like

  • Names four dispensing pharmacies with street addresses in certificates of analysis its own treatment pages link, each with a third-party assay report attached
  • Both molecules plus a microdose tier and a daily oral option, so the route can change without changing provider
  • The monthly plan is genuinely month-to-month at checkout — no prepay is required to reach the standard rate

The caveats

  • Every figure the public site shows is a first-month rate — $149 and $199 are struck through against $249 and $299 at checkout
  • The three-month plan it labels most popular costs more per month than the advertised monthly figure, because that figure is an introductory one
  • No price of any kind appears in the first thirty screens; the ladder arrives only after name, email, phone and address are collected

He & She MD

Ranked #25 · Grade B−

What we like

  • Sells estradiol (patch, gel and pill) and progesterone alongside its GLP-1s, so the menopause and metabolic sides run through one intake
  • Prices four commitment terms per GLP-1 molecule in public, with the amount actually charged printed beside each
  • Names the dispensing pharmacy in full — F&F Pharmacies Inc, doing business as Jungle Jim's Pharmacy, 5484 Dixie Highway, Fairfield OH 45014, with a phone number

The caveats

  • The menopause line is the one place it stops publishing terms: estradiol patch, gel and pill and the progesterone pill all show "Starting at $125/month" with no term table at all, while seven other product pages carry a full four-rung ladder
  • Every advertised GLP-1 figure is the twelve-month rung — the "$99/month" on the banners requires $1,188 paid once, and the rate you can stop after a month is $199
  • Its FAQ says the pharmacy it names is licensed in 44 states and cannot dispense sterile compounds; a weekly GLP-1 injection is a sterile compound, and a second pharmacy is named in the same answer without saying which fills what
