What we like
- Both full ladders are shown openly on the GLP-1 page rather than hidden behind a quiz, so you can check them before signing up — and the semaglutide one is a genuine discount, $179/mo month-to-month stepping down to $139/mo on a 12-month prepay
- Standard telehealth flow: online intake reviewed by an independent licensed provider, free until you're approved, then fulfilled by U.S. compounding pharmacies
- Honest, upfront labeling — the site states plainly that compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved
The caveats
- Its tirzepatide bundles cost MORE per month than paying monthly — $286 at three months, $250 at six and $244 at twelve, against $209 month-to-month — and all three are badged as savings, the 12-month one as "Best Value · Save $586" while billing $2,922 against $2,508. Only the semaglutide ladder actually descends
- Compounded, not FDA-approved — this is not brand Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, or Zepbound, and it has not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality
- Brand-new operator (Dynamo Group LLC, licensing the Bodybuilding.com name, launched around April 2026) with only a thin, mixed handful of independent reviews so far

The caveats
- The advertised "$146/mo FOR LIFE" is a six-month prepay on semaglutide; month-to-month tirzepatide is $285
- The plan page says 49 states served while the banner on the same site says all 50
- No lab or monitoring protocol is published, and nothing addresses PCOS or the perimenopause transition
