The verdict for women

Higher Luna Fit Score: Cora Health

Cora Health edges out Rx.com on the Luna Fit Score, 84 to 77 (B vs C). Women who want to know exactly which pharmacy is compounding their medication and refuse to be surprised by a price rise when the dose goes up. The reasoning behind that number is in the Cora Health scorecard.

Rx.com is still a genuine option — the fairest cancellation terms of anything reviewed here — "No automatic renewals" is printed on the plan card — from a company that also names the pharmacy filling the vial. Weigh the six women's-health factors below against your own priorities; the Rx.com scorecard goes through each of them, and if neither of these two is the one, our ranked shortlist of Rx.com alternatives widens the field.

Cora Health

Ranked #38 · Grade B

What we like

  • Names both compounding pharmacies — Hallandale and VialsRx, each PCAB-accredited — which most of this ranking will not do
  • LegitScript certification with a published certificate ID rather than a badge image with no ID on it
  • Flat pricing at every dose, so titrating up does not raise the bill

The caveats

  • The advertised $99 is an annual prepay billed as $1,188 once — the no-commitment rate is $175
  • No published lab or monitoring program
  • Compounded only: no FDA-approved brand path

Rx.com

Ranked #55 · Grade C

What we like

  • "No automatic renewals" is printed under the plan card itself rather than buried in the terms
  • Names Manifest Pharmacy in Greer, South Carolina with a full street address, and MD Integrations as the provider network, on the same page as the price
  • One flat price at every dose from 2.5 mg to 15 mg, with the provider visit, injection supplies and cold shipping stated as included

The caveats

  • The advertised "$146/mo FOR LIFE" is a six-month prepay on semaglutide; month-to-month tirzepatide is $285
  • The plan page says 49 states served while the banner on the same site says all 50
  • No lab or monitoring protocol is published, and nothing addresses PCOS or the perimenopause transition
