The verdict for women

Higher Luna Fit Score: He & She MD

He & She MD edges out Edessa on the Luna Fit Score, 80 to 69 (B− vs C). Women who want the GLP-1 and the hormone conversation handled by one clinician rather than split across two providers, and who will read the asterisk before choosing a plan length. The reasoning behind that number is in the He & She MD scorecard.

Edessa is still a genuine option — clean three-rung tables one click in, behind a front page whose three cards all quote six-month rungs and whose cheapest belongs to a different drug. Weigh the six women's-health factors below against your own priorities; what we found reviewing Edessa goes through each of them, and if neither of these two is the one, what women pick instead of Edessa widens the field.

Edessa

Ranked #74 · Grade C

What we like

  • Each product page carries a plain three-rung table, so the commitment behind every figure is visible
  • "Same price, every dose" is printed on each product page
  • Names its operating entity and a full street address in Las Vegas, Nevada

The caveats

  • The front page leads with "Start for just $135", a six-month prepay on the semaglutide injection; month-to-month tirzepatide is $239
  • All three front-page cards quote the six-month rung, so the real monthly rates appear only after a click
  • Its Terms give two corporate forms for the same company in one clause — "Edessa Group, LLC, a Nevada corporation"

He & She MD

Ranked #25 · Grade B−

What we like

  • Sells estradiol (patch, gel and pill) and progesterone alongside its GLP-1s, so the menopause and metabolic sides run through one intake
  • Prices four commitment terms per GLP-1 molecule in public, with the amount actually charged printed beside each
  • Names the dispensing pharmacy in full — F&F Pharmacies Inc, doing business as Jungle Jim's Pharmacy, 5484 Dixie Highway, Fairfield OH 45014, with a phone number

The caveats

  • The menopause line is the one place it stops publishing terms: estradiol patch, gel and pill and the progesterone pill all show "Starting at $125/month" with no term table at all, while seven other product pages carry a full four-rung ladder
  • Every advertised GLP-1 figure is the twelve-month rung — the "$99/month" on the banners requires $1,188 paid once, and the rate you can stop after a month is $199
  • Its FAQ says the pharmacy it names is licensed in 44 states and cannot dispense sterile compounds; a weekly GLP-1 injection is a sterile compound, and a second pharmacy is named in the same answer without saying which fills what
