What we like
- Tirzepatide is a first-class option here, not an upsell — the dual GIP/GLP-1 agonist is the one most readers arriving on insulin-resistance questions ask about by name
- The price does not move with the dose: its GLP-1 FAQ states "the price stays the same at every dose — no surprise price increases", so a titration to a higher dose does not re-price the plan
- Prices are published before any intake quiz — the full four-rung ladder for every product, with the up-front total beside each per-month figure, rather than a number you have to qualify for
The caveats
- Every price the site displays is the TWELVE-MONTH PREPAY rate — the renderer takes the cheapest rung of the ladder — so the month-to-month figures ($349 tirzepatide, $259 semaglutide) are shown on no page at all
- Its own footnote advertises a tirzepatide price that exists at no tier: "Plans start at $171/mo for compounded semaglutide and $200/mo for compounded tirzepatide" — $200 appears exactly once in the entire site bundle and no tirzepatide rung costs it; the $171 in the same sentence is the ORAL product's yearly rate, while injectable semaglutide's is $178
- The GLP-1 FAQ calls a prepaid annual rate a plan with "no contract", which is true of the paperwork and misleading about the money

What we like
- Four dispensing pharmacies named outright, with phone numbers — Belmar, Strive, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma Rx — where most of this ranking says only "our partner pharmacies"
- The prescribing group is named too, and checkable: Lion MD, led by Dr Ana Lisa Carr, MD (NPI 1689841744) with Dr Kelly Tenbrink, MD (NPI 1346482684). Both resolve as active physicians in the federal NPPES registry
- A real brand-name lane with prices on the page rather than an enquiry form — Ozempic $1,299, Wegovy $1,349 and Zepbound $1,069 a month — alongside the compounded line, so switching does not mean switching provider
The caveats
- The plan selector arrives with the 3-month prepay already chosen, not Monthly, and badges the 3-, 6- and 12-month tiers alike as "Max Saving" — so the default path takes $657 up front rather than $249, and the headline figures are footnoted "(For the first month)"
- Its FAQ says "no long-term commitments" on the same site where the 12-month semaglutide plan is a single $2,327 charge and the 12-month tirzepatide plan is $3,228. The freedom is real on the monthly plan; it is not what the prepay tiers are
- Brand-name bundles carry a $50 medical review fee if a clinician does not end up prescribing for you — worth knowing before you start an intake for Wegovy or Zepbound
