The verdict for women

Higher Luna Fit Score: yourEra

yourEra edges out MyFastRx on the Luna Fit Score, 86 to 68 (B vs C). Women who want transparently priced semaglutide and tirzepatide plus an optional NAD+, microdosing, and coaching-and-labs menu on one account. The reasoning behind that number is in our full yourEra review.

MyFastRx is still a genuine option — the best-documented exit terms we found — it publishes a worked example of how a cancelled prepay is recalculated — attached to a site that still has last season's prices live on the same pages as this season's. Weigh the six women's-health factors below against your own priorities; the MyFastRx scorecard goes through each of them, and if neither of these two is the one, the full field we rank against MyFastRx widens the field.

MyFastRx

Ranked #52 · Grade C

What we like

  • Publishes a worked refund example: pay $948 for twelve months, cancel after six, and the six received are recharged at the six-month rate for a $414 refund
  • No cancellation fee on any plan, and the unfulfilled portion of a prepay can be cancelled
  • 'Same price, any dose' is stated explicitly, with no dosage upcharge as you titrate

The caveats

  • Superseded pricing is still live on the same pages as the current pricing — $169, $249 and an old promo code all still render, and one of the savings figures does not match its own arithmetic
  • Does not claim nationwide coverage: 'availability may vary by state', with no state list published anywhere
  • Charged at order placement, before a provider has reviewed anything

yourEra

Ranked #3 · Grade B

What we like

  • Publicly listed pricing on both molecules — semaglutide from $199/mo and tirzepatide from $299/mo — while many compounders hide price behind a quiz
  • Fuller menu beyond GLP-1: NAD+ and microdosing protocols, plus an optional membership adding 1:1 coaching, a nutritionist, and an at-home lab draw
  • Markets a 50-state licensed-clinician network, no insurance required, with HSA/FSA accepted

The caveats

  • Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved the way brand Wegovy, Ozempic, or Zepbound are, and compounding access can tighten as brand shortages resolve
  • Mid-market pricing that sits above the cheapest compounders (roughly $99–$150)
  • Injectable only — no oral route and no brand-name lane
