Its biggest limitation for women looking beyond weight loss is that the coaching, nutrition and lab membership is still labeled coming soon. A wider wellness catalog does not yet add up to a menopause or PCOS practice.

How much does yourEra cost?

The current public starting prices are as low as $73 a month for compounded semaglutide and $123 for compounded tirzepatide. Those are advertised minimums, not confirmed month-to-month renewal prices. The public catalog does not pair either figure with a complete payment schedule, total commitment or renewal amount. Before comparing them with a monthly program elsewhere, get those three numbers from the checkout summary.

The website says the program includes the provider evaluation, a prescription when appropriate, medication, supplies, dose adjustments and care messaging. Shipping is free, and the company says the price stays the same at every dose. That promise helps with budgeting during titration, but does not explain which payment term qualifies for the minimum advertised rate.

NAD+ starts at $170 a month and microdosing protocols at $129. These are separate offerings. They should not be counted as included benefits of the semaglutide or tirzepatide subscription. The Optimum membership, which is supposed to add a nutritionist, personal training, at-home labs and wearable integration, is explicitly marked coming soon. There is no published price for it.

Which pharmacies fill the prescriptions?

The terms name Diversified Pharmacy, doing business as MediVera Compounding Pharmacy; Galleria Medical Pharmacy; and VitalRX, doing business as VialsRx. The pharmacy assigned depends on your prescription and state. This is company disclosure, rather than our verification of each pharmacy's licensing or testing.

The medicines are compounded and are not FDA-approved. They are not the same finished products as Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro or Zepbound. A product photo also does not identify the vial you will receive: yourEra says its website vial labels are for marketing and delivered labels differ. Check the actual pharmacy label and instructions before using a prescription, especially if your dose or pharmacy changes.

Is it a good fit for PCOS or menopause?

The service may suit someone whose main priority is clinician-guided weight management and who is comfortable keeping her existing gynecologist or endocrinologist. Where is yourEra available?

yourEra describes a clinician network licensed across all 50 states. Its FAQ qualifies that claim: individual treatment availability varies by state and is checked during intake. A nationwide clinician network therefore does not guarantee that your chosen compounded formulation can ship to every address.

The terms require you to be at least 18, live in a supported US state and meet the medical eligibility requirements. Prescription items cannot ship to a post office box. Confirm your treatment and delivery address before paying, particularly if you split your time between states.

How do cancellations and refunds work?
