EverPrime is worth a look if you want weight-management appointments, lab follow-up and other wellness services through one platform. The main purchasing decision is whether its membership adds enough value to justify a second recurring charge. A discounted medication price alone does not answer that question.
This review evaluates published information rather than a personal treatment experience. EverPrime has a documented relationship with Enhance.MD, but this is a separate review of its current offer. We have not transferred Enhance.MD's numerical score or assumed that the two enrollment arrangements have identical benefits.
What does EverPrime cost?
The semaglutide product table lists standard monthly figures of $249, $237, $224 and $214 for its one-, three-, six- and twelve-month choices. Member medication figures are $150, $138, $125 and $115, with membership billed separately. The page describes delivery every four weeks and the same price across doses. With the one-month member option selected, the live calculator shows $150 medication plus $99 membership: $249 total, the same displayed amount as the one-month standard option. 1
The tirzepatide table lists $329, $313, $296 and $280 for the same term choices. Member medication figures are $230, $214, $197 and $180, before the membership charge. With one month selected, its live calculator shows $230 medication plus $99 membership: $329 total, also matching the one-month standard amount. The useful comparison is the total payment and added benefits, not the medication line in isolation. 2
Ask what is charged today, how much medication that payment buys, and the date and amount of the next charge. A price labeled per month and a shipment sent every four weeks are different pieces of information. The membership FAQ describes upfront payment, so confirm the full amount due and the length of each commitment rather than treating the monthly equivalent as a monthly installment. Our month-to-month comparison explains how to compare like-for-like payment periods.
Is a membership worth adding?
The live membership page advertises $99 per month, with medication extra. Its FAQ says membership is optional and includes all medical-provider and nutrition-counseling visits. It describes upfront payment and non-refundable payments, with benefits continuing through the prepaid term after cancellation. Its billing example pairs a three-month medication plan with a twelve-month membership charge. That example needs clarification before purchase: request the actual medication term, membership term and full amount payable for your selection. 3
Compare the full treatment budget with and without membership. For someone seeking one medicine, a second subscription may buy features she will rarely use. For someone anticipating frequent appointments, the service allowance may matter more than the medication discount. Also distinguish a certified nutritionist from a registered dietitian; our nutrition-support comparison helps frame that question.
Who provides the medical care?
The terms identify Enhance.MD, LLC as the platform operator and explicitly include EverPrime. They identify Enhance Wellness, PC, EnhanceMD CA, PC and iThriveMD, PC as medical groups, with independent licensed providers responsible for clinical decisions. Services are cash-pay; the terms do not promise an insurance benefit. Subscriptions renew unless canceled before the next cycle, with fuller payment terms supplied at checkout. 4
EverPrime's team page names Dr. Erik Stark as medical director and describes his orthopedic and sports-medicine background. That leadership description does not establish who will see you or specialist care for PCOS or menopause. Ask for the assigned clinician's role and how reproductive-health concerns will be coordinated with your usual care. 5
Labs, prescriptions and state access
The FAQ makes availability dependent on both the treatment and the state. Enrollment involves medical history, any required testing and clinician evaluation; a prescription is not guaranteed. It does not supply a universal treatment-by-state directory. Confirm the actual service before paying or arranging to transfer an existing prescription. 6
The semaglutide page describes an initial video visit and metabolic labs every six months. The tirzepatide page specifies video visits every ninety days alongside six-month lab testing, supplies and shipping. Ask whether a membership changes those allowances and where extra testing is billed. 1 2
EverPrime describes these injections as compounded. They are not FDA-approved products or interchangeable with branded medicines merely because they use the same ingredient names. FDA says compounded drugs should be used only when a patient's medical needs cannot be met by an approved drug. Discuss the clinical reason, dispensing pharmacy and instructions with the prescriber. 7 Our compounded-versus-brand guide provides more context.
Cancellation and our view
Separately, the shipping policy asks for contact at least twenty-four hours before the next billing date to skip or cancel a shipment. Once pharmacy preparation starts, it says the order cannot be canceled or refunded; prescription returns are not accepted. It promises a full refund if the provider determines treatment is unsuitable. 8 Stopping a shipment and ending a membership are separate requests: obtain confirmation of both, including any remaining commitment.
EverPrime's appeal is coordinated follow-up and a broader service menu. The medication discount should be weighed alongside the separate membership charge and the benefits you expect to use. Compare the care you will actually use, the full medication-plus-membership bill and the exit terms before committing. Use our provider-selection checklist to prepare the remaining questions.
