- FDA warning letter MARCS-CMS 721472, dated 20 February 2026, to NewSelf Limited dba NewSelf, over product labeling and marketing language. As of 1 August 2026 the wording the FDA objected to was still live on the site — five months on, unremediated
- The product pages carry a badge reading 'cancel anytime', while the refund policy requires a three-month commitment and charges a full retail month as an early-cancellation fee. Those cannot both be true
- No refunds: canceling before the doctor's review costs a $99 administrative fee, and after it nothing is refundable regardless of shipment status
- A $150 fee to change your prescription after fulfillment and a $199 fee if you dispute a charge
- At least four mutually contradictory price sets appear across its own pages, and the semaglutide and tirzepatide product pages carry an unrelated product's FAQ
- No compounding pharmacy is named and no lab or monitoring program is offered
- No women's-health content of any kind — no menopause, PCOS, hormone or contraception guidance anywhere on the site
