Ask who reviews side effects, when a phone or video appointment can be arranged and how to contact the prescribing team between refills. A help desk can solve an order problem without being the right destination for a medical decision.

The company publishes quality-testing claims for compounded medication. Those statements should be understood as Oak's description, rather than a guarantee that every individual vial has been independently verified by this review.
