The verdict for women

Higher Luna Fit Score: Enhance MD

Enhance MD edges out Science & Co on the Luna Fit Score, 92 to 74 (A− vs C). Women who want fully transparent tiered pricing — including a microdose entry and a combo option — plus recurring metabolic lab work, and who don't need brand-name or oral routes. The reasoning behind that number is in the Enhance MD scorecard.

Science & Co is still a genuine option — declares in its own footer that it is not a compounding facility, and explains its own asterisk in its own FAQ — two disclosures almost nothing else here makes. Weigh the six women's-health factors below against your own priorities; our full Science & Co review goes through each of them, and if neither of these two is the one, the alternatives to Science & Co we rank for women widens the field.

Enhance MD

Ranked #2 · Grade A−

What we like

  • Unusually transparent tiered pricing — semaglutide $212/mo (first month $112), tirzepatide $280/mo, microdose $169/mo, and a combo option at $322/mo
  • Dose-flat billing, so a titration up doesn't quietly raise your monthly cost
  • Six-month metabolic lab testing with provider oversight — a real clinical loop, not a prescription-only handoff

The caveats

  • Compounded medication is not FDA-approved the way brand Ozempic, Wegovy, or Zepbound are
  • No brand-name path and no oral or sublingual route for the needle-averse
  • Licensed in all 50 states, though their own FAQ lists product as launched in 40 plus DC so far — worth confirming your state before you start

Science & Co

Ranked #64 · Grade C

What we like

  • States twice in its footer that "Science and Co, Inc. is not a 503A or 503B compounding facility"
  • Its own FAQ names the commitment behind the headline: "Plans start at $79 a month on the 12 month plan"
  • The printed saving corroborates the reference price — 79 divided by 149 is 53%, exactly the "Save 47%" shown

The caveats

  • The number it leads with is a twelve-month commitment; the per-month rates are $149 and $199
  • Only two figures are published per drug, so a three- or six-month plan cannot be priced without starting an intake
  • It says it is not a compounding facility but never names the pharmacy that is
