- The product pages carry a badge reading 'cancel anytime', while the refund policy requires a three-month commitment and charges a full retail month as an early-cancellation fee. Those cannot both be true
- No refunds: canceling before the doctor's review costs a $99 administrative fee, and after it nothing is refundable regardless of shipment status
