Head-to-head for women
Good Girl Rx vs Trellis Vitality
Good Girl Rx and Trellis Vitality both offer GLP-1 telehealth to women, but they make different trade-offs on PCOS and hormonal suitability, clinical oversight, price and access. Here they are side-by-side on the Luna Fit Score — our women's-health rubric.
What matters when choosing between them
For compounded injectable semaglutide, Good Girl Rx lists $179/month and Trellis Vitality lists $150/month. These are published calendar-month prices; eligibility, dose, labs and the final prescription can affect what you pay.
Good Girl Rx: the care model
Good Girl Rx is a women-focused telehealth brand founded by Savannah Chrisley, who now owns it outright. Her founder's letter describes her own experience with endometriosis, hormonal imbalance and prediabetes as the reason she started it. It sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide (as injections, low-dose "microdose" plans and dissolving tablets), the Wegovy pill, brand-name Ozempic, Wegovy and Zepbound, plus NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione and B12 products.

Trellis Vitality is an online clinic based in Austin, Texas, that sells five clinician-guided injectable programs: [compounded semaglutide](/compounded-vs-brand-name-glp1-for-women) and tirzepatide for weight, plus NAD+, glutathione, a Lipo-MIC and B12 blend, and tesamorelin. Its GLP-1 pricing is one of the clearest tables we have read, and since the summer it has added at-home lab work to the weight program. The rest of the catalog is priced far less clearly, and the cancellation terms are thin. Prices below are from Trellis's own site, read in October 2026.

Luna Fit
Good Girl Rx
Ranked #73 · Grade C
What we like
- The best contraception guidance in the ranking: a two-month semaglutide washout before a planned pregnancy, and a warning that tirzepatide can blunt oral contraceptives for four weeks after starting AND after every dose increase
- Four routes for each molecule — injection, microdose, sublingual dissolving tablet and brand — so a switch does not mean changing provider
- Publishes a full per-plan price table for every product rather than one headline figure
The caveats
- Every advertised 'from' price is a 12-month plan paid upfront, and all sales are final once checkout is complete — a year's commitment with no way back
- The microdose one-month rate is HIGHER than the standard injection one-month rate; the microdose discount exists only on prepay
- Prices are described as an 'average monthly cost', so the flat-looking tiers may not be flat
Luna Fit
Trellis Vitality
Ranked #47 · Grade B−
What we like
- Semaglutide at $150 a month and tirzepatide at $199 on the one-month plan, lower than most published figures we review
- Its price table says every dose costs the same, so titrating up does not raise the bill
- An at-home lab kit sets a metabolic and body-composition baseline, with a re-test at 90 days
The caveats
- No hormone therapy of any kind, and nothing on the site addresses PCOS
- Says it serves all 50 states, but its GLP-1 page excludes Connecticut, Ohio and South Carolina at minimum
- Does not say how three- and six-month plans are billed, or what happens if you cancel one early
